3 Bedroom House in Memorial, Houston

Our spacious home features three bedrooms with 2 king and 1 queen bed and two baths upstairs, one with tub/shower and one with jetted tub. The living room features a big screen TV with surround sound. The modern kitchen area with bar seating and breakfast area includes a Keurig. A separate formal dining room seats 8. The backyard retreat has a pool, hot tub , patio and BBQ grill. Centrally located in the Energy Corridor, you are minutes from spectacular restaurants, bars and shopping in nearby City Center, Katy, the Galleria, and Memorial City. Easy access to I-10 and the Beltway makes it easy to get to NRG Stadium and around Houston.
We will be available as needed. We will be staying in the home in the master bedroom area. We will be at the home when guests arrive to ensure they get settled and will provide our cell number should something come up and we are not home. We are long time Houstonians and are happy to provide recommendations for restaurants and entertainment nearby.
House rules : Pool and hot tub are available until 10:00 P.M, Vehicles must be parked in the street but cannot block the mailbox. Master bedroom and bath downstairs are reserved for the owner. No pets or smoking allowed.
